The Radar is designed as a strategic tool to support developers in making informed decisions about technology adoption in a fast-changing software landscape. This case study covers the creation of a platform that organizes tech trends into four rings (Adopt, Trial, Assess, and Hold) each guiding developers on which technologies to adopt and how to track their implementation. The Radar aims to simplify tech awareness and streamline decision-making in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
